TEAM WORK

Me being in a group right now and we all truing to achieve the same goal, i believe what ive learnt is much more important to me is communication and compromise. In oorder for a group to achieve the setting goal, we need to be able to express our ideas  and listen to other peoples ideas in other to then decide as a team which is best for the project to move forward and that is were compromise then has to come in place.

it is easy for someone in a group to feel left pout or feel like their ideas are not being heard or picked but we all have to learn that being in a team doesnt involve just us, there is no “I” in team but there should be a “me”. the meaning of that slogan means that the whole point of a team or group work is to put multiple minds together not just yours but you should also make sure that you had an imoact in that group work and you were part of the reason the work got done.

me being in a group i have had to compromise because the people im in a group with have similarities with eachother and i dont, they speak the same language but i dont, it can get frustrating at times but i try my best to still put an impact in the duties given to us. i might not understand them all the time but i know what is required of my role and i do it.
